General
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the services provided by Padel Gaming Club. By accessing or using our services, applying for membership, registering for or attending an event, making a booking, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions outlined herein and any further terms or agreements made between you and Padel Gaming Club.
Services
Padel Gaming Club provides a members’ club and network centred around padel, events and community experiences. Our services may include, but are generally not limited to: membership opportunities; casual padel games and organised matches; tournaments and competitions; social and networking events; international events and experiences; member activities and community opportunities; and partnership and sponsorship opportunities. The availability, format, location and timing of services and events may vary from time to time.
Individual Agreements
Memberships, event registrations, bookings or other arrangements may further outline membership or event fees; dates and times; event locations; participation requirements; inclusions and benefits; and any additional terms applicable to the particular membership, booking or event. Any applicable terms will be provided at the time of registration, booking or acceptance. Submitting a membership application, event registration, partnership enquiry or other request does not guarantee acceptance, participation or availability. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when applying for membership, making a booking, registering for an event or otherwise interacting with Padel Gaming Club.
Events & Participation
Participation in padel games, tournaments and other physical activities involves inherent risks associated with sport and physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically able to participate in any activity you choose to attend and for complying with any rules, instructions or requirements imposed by Padel Gaming Club, the relevant venue or event organiser. Padel Gaming Club reserves the right to refuse or remove a participant from an event where reasonably necessary for safety, inappropriate conduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions or failure to comply with applicable event or venue rules. Event details including dates, times, venues, participants and schedules may be changed where reasonably necessary.
Pricing & Payment
All applicable membership fees, event fees, ticket prices and payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking, registration or purchase. Fees may include membership fees; event or tournament entry fees; ticket fees; venue or participation fees; and other charges associated with particular events or services. Bookings, registrations or payments may be processed through third-party ticketing or payment platforms. Where this occurs, additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant third-party provider may apply. Padel Gaming Club reserves the right to change its pricing, membership offerings and event fees from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Padel Gaming Club disclaims all representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied. Padel Gaming Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, opportunity or reputation arising from your use of our services or participation in our events. Padel Gaming Club shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including venue closures, severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions or other events outside our control. Padel Gaming Club is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party venues, ticketing providers, payment providers, event partners or other third-party service providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Padel Gaming Club harmless against any claims, damages or losses arising from false or misleading information provided by you; breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable event or membership terms; damage caused by your negligent or unlawful conduct; or your failure to comply with applicable venue or event rules.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Padel Gaming Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Members or customers may be notified of any significant changes where appropriate.
